Convincing wintry sky - so often seen (well: when we get snow) with that menacing yellow tinge.

Half of this painting is just an expanse of snow and yet it's painted so convincingly, I would n't dare to attempt it! I agree with Robert's comment on the sky too. Terrific Alan.
