Lovely painting of this Scottish icon.

I like the colours used, very appealing painting.

Thank you all for your nice and encouraging comments! I visited this castle in Summer of last year with my wife and kids and we really enjoyed it. I painted this from some photos taken on the day; I used bright colours to remind me of the nice time we had when visiting Eilean Donan, on our way from Skye to Aviemore.
