I can see you standing behind the trees and painting. You are master in exploring different angle and put it in your art. You might have pai ted the small branches of tree in last but they are the ones who gave you angle. Beautiful work.

Hi Adele, this is lovely. I can almost hear the rush of water. It's amazing it was one of your first paintings. I am like you and making up for a lifetime of not painting - aren't we lucky to have this opportunity to do it now and really enjoy all the challenges. Have you seen the work of Ivon Hitchens? Seeing your colour palette I just thought you might like it.

Thank you for your kind comments, Caroline. Yes we are very lucky to be able to have these opportunities now. Looking at some of my earlier work I feel they were very basic and I have a very steep learning curve. However, this is part of the fun. Also communicating with people such as yourself. I love looking at the galleries and I love so many different types of art. I hadn't, I am ashamed to say, heard of Ivon Hitchins but on your recommendation I took a look. I see what you mean about the colour palette.
