Lovely tethered seams shown on this wooden boat as it is moored upon the sand, and yes the sienna does produce warmth and age weathered from the hint of blue at the rim.

Oil on MDF panel, 12x10in. Study using a minimalist approach to the subject matter. Trying to eliminate unnecessary detail that detracts from the focal point. The undertone of burnt sienna provides some warmth to the wood.
