An expressionist style drawing from life. Of a large equine hospital near Stratford Bridge, off the A38 road. Between Tewkesbury, Glos, and Upton on Severn, Worcs. An extensive establishment with a large paddock set against the Malvern Hills. This area has a open and rugged landscape. With fantastic cloud patterns that travel from the Urals in Russia over the Great European Plain to meet the Malvern Hills. Lead and colour pencils, with Indian ink, pen and brush.
