I love your sketches - you always capture something interesting. This is my favourite of the ones you posted yesterday, just because of the colour.

Thanks guys - it's always good to have feedback! I liked the exuberance of this trio really enjoying their chat in a park on a summer's day. It's minimal not having the setting details and absence of shadows. I'm told I have a strong sense for pattern and this image is one of interlocking patterns. The light red under drawing shows the the first interpretation.

An A4 size sketch from life of this trio engaged chatting in a park. On a grey toned paper and drawn with brush and Indian ink with dashes of colour pencil markings. This approach requires working rapidly as people change positions or leave the setting. I feel I captured the friendly buzz between the group.
