I think it's up to your own interpretation Paul. A quick study or something of your own. I don't think it matters. What ever you want to do.
That all sounds good. Thinking outside of the Box as they say.
I had initially thought that we would be using the same image that Denise worked from - I probably still will do that actually, I need something to work from as a reference… but in my own style as always…we’ll see, I don’t have long to spend on it, family matters await as will be the case for many of us I suspect this weekend!
Anyone got anything to show? I’ve had 40 minutes at my effort this morning, sanguine and black conte chalk on a buff Ingres support. Very much my own style of course. Not overly impressed with it, but I’ll post it tomorrow… hopefully!
Been trying things out but came back to my original idea. Just have to make a finished copy.
I’m going out shortly and won’t be doing anything till the morning now , I have a rough sketch to develop into a watercolour.
I did something yesterday. Something quick as I had visitors I wasn't expecting yesterday. I started then visitors arrived so only had a couple of hours left to complete Something. I knew I would have no time today or tomorrow. Have a good day everyone. I'm not impressed with mine Alan but I found the challenge real fun. I think it's great a few of us are trying.

I've done a sketch in charcoal this morning, will have another look at it later.
Resurrecting this  thread with a recent discovery - I DID once draw in  biro; I'd largely  forgotten doing so; but  unearthing a pile of old sketchbooks the other day (including many drawings of my late companion and ever-present friend, Ralph the Rat) I found several - and what I also found was that some done in black had faded to a brownish colour, while others had bled right through the paper and marked others  - Daler-Rowney cartridge, normally immune to such problems; but there was oil in this ink, by the look of it.    The drawings would be around 30 years old:  so I  counsel caution if you want  your drawings to outlast you.  Some ballpoint pens may contain superior ink to whatever it was that I used, I don't know; but I won't be using them again.
Well come on Robert let’s see the biro drawing. This is not literature site, it’s a pictorial site. No excuses come on. Thank you in advance.

I can't re-size the damn' thing - too much new and awful software; I might put it on the gallery instead.
