How good to see so many boats.   Tomorrow it’s a beach scene.   
Sketch at Cadgwith cove 8th May - pencil in A5 sketchbook approx 40 minutes.
Excellent boats everyone, so many different styles but all done really well.
26 Beach Scene / In the style of Rowland Hilder.
I like all of that, but especially the way you've treated the bank on the left; and of course your shapely boat, and rigging - which gives some of us so much trouble. And in general: good boats - getting the sweep of them is the difficult bit.  
That’s a superb looking boat in you beach scene Stephen. Just some characters seen on many a British beach .
I’ll just add another boat… these side views are much easier to draw than when they’re at an angle… but not as interesting!
