These are tough.  I thought first of Mary Cassat for Linda's, but the neck-band seems too modern.  Then maybe Elizabeth Shippen Green, and American illustrator.  But no...can't get it. The line style in Frank's reminds me of Egon Schiele's, but no idea which picture even if it is him.

That’s the one Silvia “Seated Woman with Bended Knee”. When I worked as a milkman, I delivered to residents at a block of old peoples flats, where a large copy of this work graced one passage way wall, and I would often pause to admire it and take in the beauty of the painting.
