C is for... I have set myself a real task trying to do a sketch a day!
I'm amazed again by all the wonderful sketches from everyone. Here is a sketch, I started too far down the page so the arrangement isn't the way I intended. I plan to use it in my next glaze painting but the orchid will be in front of the glass.
And they keep on coming!  such great pieces of work!
Like it Denise . A quick pencil sketch of an old water bowser.
Drew these tulips in  my room by lamplight last night. Probably not the best idea as I could not see very well but I tried to pick out the light and dark bits anyway.
D is for? Attempt today.
Love tulips Diane, difficult sketching in poor lighting! Great water bowser Paul! I have had a fight with my current apathy and scored a win, here’s an avocet! Lovely birds..  2B pencil sketch
Excellent sketch of an Avocet Gillian. Interesting exercise trying to produce a sketch a day, I think I'm wilting already.
Everybody seems to have been busy today!   Loving your alphabetic sketches, Stephen - a lot of work in each of them.    Also, a lovely range of other sketches - still life, tulips, truck and an avocet.  I have been sketching daily but a bit behind in photographing and uploading them. One more day to go ...
Found a tin of polychromous pencils which I’d forgotten about and thought I’d sketch our dog when she rested her chin on the settee. Obviously she moved almost as soon as I started, so just a quickie!

Can’t believe the month is nearly over, so much great sketches coming through, keep looking in but just can’t keep up. Really busy at the moment, weather so awful we have no turnout at our yard so spending a lot of time keeping the pony exercised and entertained in his lockdown! However, a little watercolour of a heron from a photo taken by a friend in the summer.
I can’t believe it’s almost the end of the month already. January seemed to be going slow but we suddenly have come to the end. I’ve have tried sketching some dancer again it’s very difficult to get the legs to look right when they have them bent into such strange angles. Both are dancing using chalk dust I’m a bit disappointed with the extended leg on the left side sketch.
