So many wonderful pieces of work since the last time I was here. Well done to you all. Hope to contribute, soon.
Beautifully drawn sandals Marjorie.  Fiona, yes, the photo was taken at Mersehead a couple of days ago - did quite a bit of sketching there - still to post.  Hope you see your geese!  Hope you manage to contribute CJ - not long until the end of the month! :)
Today’s started last night as I have 15 house guest ps later today. Old boat  Dungeness, from a old photo taken on a visit to the area. Used pencil and water soluble pencil. Love all the work done yesterday,
Good one Dixie. I’ve been doing the Big Garden Birdwatch survey and did this to while away the hour. The one bird I didn’t see was a robin!
Great job of your sandals Marjorie, some lovely tones on your boat Paul, good luck with your house guests. I’ll be doing my count tomorrow Tessa, love your Robin, I’ve just been watching a couple. I haven’t thought of anything to sketch yet......
Some beautiful paintings and sketches, too many to give a personal mention without leaving someone out!! so again well done everone.
Today’s effort...a monoprint (still had to sketch a bit) black oil bar....thank you Marjorie. Printed onto heavy cartridge paper..thank you Sylvia.

Well done all , great effort by all. Thank you Margaret for suggesting this, it has been fun. Todays sketch is of one of our wind chimes
That's really effective Fiona and another great idea Alan, mine is another portrait sketch, I want to practice my shadows and shading, so this one is the 1960s when this was all about style and fashion.
A lovely portrait, good shading and good proportions.

Like your boat Paul, that's dedication with all those guests coming! Lovely little robin Tessa. Fiona, you're going in the abstract direction, love the momoprint. Alan's windchimes - like that idea and Linda's portrait - Audrey? Nice one.  My effort today...before this Jan idea, I would never have had the patience for this. I positively relished it! It was a challenge and I enjoyed it.
