Can't believe so many have gone on today, i'm having trouble keeping up!! Some great works again, love your snowdrops and yesterdays fuschia's Anjana were lovely, great fruit sketch Lew, like your medicine jars Paul, a good digital abstract Fiona, never tried digital, your life drawings are good Tessa, hard to do in such a short time, apologies if I have missed anyone out. My sketch today are raindrops, hard to do with no background colour so not entirely happy with them.
I've lost the will! I had commented on everyone's except Linda's and have lost the lot! I can't face repeating it right now so I will do it later. My effort today...
Good work everyone, AS mentioned lots to comment on. Yesterday I had to have the iPad open so I could scroll through everybody's work and then make a comment on them on the computer, because I found out if you change page while commenting you loose the lot, and have to start again.
great sketch Lewis love how you handle inktense pencils.Margret the snowdrops have inspired me to show this little sketch I did. Good portraits Tessa nice sketch Linda, glad you not forgotten whilst you soak up the sun Marjorie. As mentioned now time to reveal my snowdrops.
Blimey can’t keep up! I’m going to say a massive well done to everyone, all stand out subjects and sketches. It must be a snowdrop day, I too have chosen snowdrops with a newly emerged Arum Maculatum leaf, in pencil.
Gorgeous snow drop sketches both, and Marjorie such a relaxed lovely holiday view. I expect the G &Ts help!
Well, before I go to eat, I will try again and yes, Tessa, a gigantic G and T does help ( they don't measure them here!) Christopher's beach was strong on tone - don't know why you thought not! Anjana's fuchsia were beautiful, especially the colours. Linda, your raindrops were beautiful, looked like crystals. Margaret's snowdrops were lovely, might find some when I get back! Tessa, good studies there, Fiona, digital is good! Alan, more snowdrops, with a different twist, lovely colours. Lewis, your " still life " was à la Lewis, and why not? Fiona, more snowdrops! We are going great guns here! Hope I haven't forgotten anyone because I can't go back a page or I'll lose everything again! As for not doing this, even while on hol, I'm really enjoying it! Thanks again Margaret!
Yes, I forgot Paul's jars....did mention them earlier...I have quite a few bottles and jars myself, love them. Something about them...love Morandi's work.
Margaret, Fiona and Alan – beautiful snowdrops all so different from each other in style, composition and setting. Tessa you did well to capture so much -  glum and all, in each 10 minute sessions, I would fall asleep if I was the model! Linda those raindrops are gorgeously glistening, Marjorie fantastic sketch as always of what seems a blissfully relaxing holiday scene. I have two robins today drawn from my own photos.
Something quite different again - robins! - lovely.
So much to look at today wonderful sketches from everyone. Here's mine for today a donkey portrait.Me and the wife are going to Dartmoor tomorrow till Monday so hopefully will find time to do some more sketching.
Great work folks, donkeys , robins , snowdrops, and holiday scene, what a lot is going on. I did this very late last night as I am out all day today. I gave my self 20 minutes and stoped at 22. A pencil, pen and water soluble pencil, I outlined the fireman as I thought of adding some  colour to his clothing, might still try it. The scene is of the fireman emptying the fire box, please forgive and technical mistakes in the train.
