Denise you are kind.  Really good memory to recall the scene as well as that.  Many years ago I used to arrange placements for management student including at the SA.  They closed half their facilities inBristol, because of lack of demand! Meanwhile I’ve been sketching at life class.

Popped into Dudee this afternoon not that impressed with the whale a bit flat, but had a good couple of hours in the V&A.  Back to the cottage to do this sketch of Hatton Farm.

Shame about the whale.  I thought it looked impressive being towed in and then hoisted by crane.  I only saw the building site it was going into, but I am always sight seeing too early, when the the scaffolding is up or when the landmark is shrouded in green.  The V&A building is impressive though.

It's growing on me ..not sure how long those steel bolts holding the concrete blocks on will last against the salt sea and ice blowing up the river...

That’s  a fine looking sketch Bari . No sketches from me today , but a drawing of a beautiful horse that my granddaughter Tilly is doing . She  is going to do the paddock etc later . I’m quite proud of her effort , she wa# motivated by having her first horse ride.

Liking the gel pen sketches Paul they are very effective on the black paper. Tilly clearly takes after her Grandad, love her horse! Just trying out sketching portraits so here’s this morning’s sketch.  figures are also on the list!

Well said figures were on the list so just tried a few life drawings but they aren’t that great 😂😵‍💫
