Bin lorries and men are a great subject for a quick sketch, well obviously they have to be quick or you’ve missed them! Like the very limited use of acrylic too.  I caught up with some of last night’s BBC life drawing so here’s a little one, didn’t do them all.
Tessa I thought it was your husband out in the backyard taking in the sunshine ☀️ till I read your comments.
Dixie!! Nah, he never sits still for that long! Nice thought though...
A very quick (20min) watercolour sketch with a couple of pencils lines of 3  of the terracotta warriors. I will do a painting of this , just wanted to test out, I  was influenced by a reference to Hun purple, apparently a2,800 year old colours used on terracotta, metal etc.
That’s different Dixie. Are you going to paint the whole lot!?
I thought I might if I can get a big enough sheet of paper and  some where to do it.
Like your life drawing Tessa - I've not had a go yet - remembered to tape it but forgot to watch it live!  An interesting pose and well done :)    Interesting subject, Dixie - that will keep you busy! Quick A1 sketch of some tulips - preparation for a painting.   Fountain pen and waterbrush.

You always do tulips so well Margaret, it’ll be good to see the painting. Re the life drawing, I found it easier to watch on catch up and be able to pause the poses, also to skip through a lot of the chat!
Hi daily sketchers hope you are all well. I seem to have fallen by the way side with my sketching but today am pleased to have an entry😊
Anjana, that’s really good, well captured, and welcome back!
