Loving all the diverse sketching going on and nice  to see everyone still going. Here's a quick one from me keeping with flower/spring theme.

Margaret, good to see you back, we’ve missed you and your lovely work. Good selection here, my favourite is the tulips.  Christopher that’s a big bold daffodil and ladybird.  Spring is on the way despite rumours to the contrary! Margaret, my daughter was discharged yesterday after a seven hour wait in the discharge area! She’s not entirely fixed and has to go for more scans over the next week, but at least she’s out thank God, and thanks again to you and others on here for your kindness and care. x
Popping in again - you've all been very busy! On a slightly different note, glad your daughter is home again Tessa...and good to see Margaret posting! As for me, I've taken a few sketching things with me ( away from home, birthday prezzie ) but haven't picked them up yet. Still looking at everyone's work though, and still interested.
Enjoy your break Marjorie.  On my walk this morning came across these two horses, in a muddy field. Very quick sketches in a little pocket book I sometimes carry.

Some good posts today again, I have been influenced by working the woodland today, this is a quick sketch using water soluble pencil, it was quite nice to do as I sat in the sun, having lunch and sketched. Nice to see you post you sketch Margaret, Good News about your daughter Tessa.
Just popped by.  I am impressed with the efforts.  Your tree Paul is excellent.  Tessa, I am pleased your daughter is better.  I have no offerings today because I was tinkering with my WIP which, is on the forum under the work in progress section, which does disappear rapidly!
Well done today everyone, was at my sketch club today so here's the brief and results .
A very good tree Dixie, and how nice to be able to sit outside for your lunch. Christopher, is there no end to our subject matter! I’m impressed by your sketch club suggestions. Very organised!
Like the paper sketches Chris, one of the treats of working in the woodland Tessa on a warm day. Simple watercolour sketch from me today.
Simple but lovely Dixie! I’m off to art group today so will see what that produces. We have someone coming to do a demo with inks etc.
Well here is a little of what we did this morning, starting with white acrylic, then working into that with textured items, then washing ink across it, followed by sprayed bleach! The idea is then to fold the paper a certain way, cut it and make a little book which you can draw or paint further into. I had to leave at lunchtime so didn’t see the end of this, but did see some of her little books which were very good and interesting. I think what you do with the paper is similar to Sylvia’s sketch book which I still have ready to do a project. Have been waiting for better weather and ideas which today has been helpful for.
