That certainly is a big storm Alan, don’t think I’d want to be in that, but very well drawn. Dixie, you are so observant and that’s a good clear sketch of your gardening stuff. It’s a shame when it gets to end of summer and it all goes away.
I watched a little of the Sky Portrait thing on Facebook earlier and did a quick pencil sketch.

The sketches have been quite varied in subject matter lately and really reflect how well people’s talents create this lively thread. I’m lagging behind this month but keeping up with the daily additions. I normally enjoy watching Portrait Artist and Landscape Artist of the year, but find it hard just to get anything decent here in Oz (especially regional TV). Maybe I can pick up on it via Facebook. Yesterday, I started my first studio painting since our move so hoping to get back on that wagon (and maybe a few more sketches).

Thank you for your comments on my storm #inktober sketch, Dixie thankfully I was not live. You have a great touch on your flower pots, very delicate. Tessa great little portrait.
I am am still in #INKTOBER mode for my sketching, and today was trap, so I revisited my childhood family game time, and this was the result. IDEAL MOUSE TRAP GAME.

Great mousetrap Alan! Well there won’t be any sketches from me till next week as busy getting sorted for our move to Orkney from Granada. We being me and my dog, she has a long journey by road and sea bless her. Feel so bad putting her through it but no other way to do it. Talk about stress!!

Hope to see some pony sketches from you Katy.
Change of pace for me today still #INKTOBER today was dizzy, but I enjoyed my black and white ink I wanted to do it again and add some colour.
