I agree with Marjorie, Dixie, lovely subtle colours - and a very nice composition. A quick sketch of my husband from a photo.

Well I may have missed some for commenting, so apologies if I have, been a busy few days! Linda I love your tangled wood, looks a little scary! Alan another great rugby duo. My  Welsh flag is at half mast after today. 😢 Marjorie, great rooftop sketch, shows how we are looking out for the unusual. Gudrun your ‘awaiting takeaway’ birds are super and have excellent movement. Margaret your selfie and hubby sketch are both really well done.  Dixie that’s a lovely peaceful looking landscape. I’m with you on the self portrait, it’s still in my head at the moment, but I’ll get there. Needs some quiet time which I’m not getting until next week! This is a quick sketch of one of the commentary team on the rugby.
Good hand there Tessa and Margaret, a lovely pen and wash of hubby.
Very good lively portrait sketch, Tessa.
Nice work everyone will have to try another self portrait. here's mine for today another Donkey portrait.
Another lovely donkey Christopher.
I seem to have missed quite a few yesterday so won't comment on individual ones other than to say well done all. Busy today so won't be posting, hope you all have a good Sunday!!
Great sketching again everyone. Christopher I like your Donkey. Margaret great sketch of your husband, Tessa great little sketch of the pundit from the Rugby. Todays sketch from me is a quick one as I have been labouring over my self portrait which is now been posted.
I feed my garden birds avidly...costs a bomb.  But I adore them.  These are outside the kitchen window.  Pink biro. Verrrrry sketchy.
Lovely donkey, Christopher - great expression - particularly like the eyes; very nicely drawn bottle, Alan - is that one of those with an embossed leather covering?  really nice lively bird sketches Sylvia - you have caught them well - I've tried to sketch the wee birds a good few times but they move so quickly - and constantly!
We don't get many birds at the feeders in the garden now, don't really know why. Always fed them daily, before. We think it's because the people in the " old folks bungalows" ( some are younger than us now!) put out so much stuff that the birds have got lazy. So I can't sketch the birds...but Sylvia, I like your pink sketches (jazzy or what?). Christopher, donkeys always make me go " Ahh". Love them. Alan, good bottle sketch, love bottles, too.
