Coming along nicely Gillian. I'm trying marbles out. I've since done a bit more of a composition but it's taking a bit of time to do. I'm out all day today so won't get chance to finish it till tomorrow.
Wow Denise that is absolutely brilliant.
That is exquisite Denise I am in awe of your talent!!
Fab Denise.
Very nice work ladies.
Permission to come on board ladies?! I haven’t done any daily sketching for ages but did a walk around Sudeley Castle grounds this morning and did these three. By the way Denise your marble is superb!

Permission granted Tessa … lovely sketches! Like the strong colours! It will be great if you get back into sketch a day!
Here are two sketches today
Thanks Gillian. You are so fortunate living by the sea! Two good ones.
It's great to see everyone sketching and thanks for your comments. I had thought a lot about what Sylvia had mentioned about live sketching. I had taken the two grandchildren out today. I never think of doing anything when I'm out with them because my eyes are constantly on them. Though, today, there was a lady, sitting at a table, drinking coffee, and reading a book. As I was about to do a quick sketch, I think it was her husband, sat down in front of her and obscured my view. I did manage a back view of him though. It was a couple of minutes before they both got up and left. It's still in the car, so I'll post it tomorrow after the grandchildren go home and I've recovered from running around after them.
Denise- the chap I sketched sitting outside the cafe today also got up and moved! Often happens with that kind of sketch but I think it adds to the fun, so keep at it!
Here it is Tessa, I really worked fast and tried to get as much detail within a couple of minutes before they left. That's it now though, I'll have my sketch pad glued to me and be taking every opportunity, it will go everywhere with me. I'm now going to finish my marble drawing.
