I miss sketch a day . I floundered as life got in the way but like many other things I find there’s a lot to be gained in practice and everything to lose if you don’t!  Today I have bought two of Adebanji Aladje’s books and I believe I might too become addicted. So here is my first sketch with some advice from the addictive sketcher

Yes it had vanished ,so if I find a bit of time in between self imposed clearing and chuckin out rubbish.  I will see what I can do. Thanks for the push Gill . Where was your sitting man ?

It’s a reference photo in the Addictive Sketcher explaining using structure as a technique in sketching. So I had a go and found  it really helpful. I am usually rubbish at figures so avoid them!

A bit of a cheat as I have a LOT of throwing out. I did this some twenty odd years ago whist curating an art exhibition.

I'll be participating Gillian and nice to see you back. I read on the other post, you had started up an art club, so I should imagine that's keeping you busy at the moment. Nice sketches everyone.

Thanks Denise! Yes the art group is quite time consuming it’s for Our local University of the third age ( u3a) a club for older folk very social with monthly talks and different groups you can join. Like your sketch Sylvia!
