Looking at your warthog avatar you have a good subject right there .
Some really interesting subjects recently, the tanks are good Denise and unusual. I haven’t tried skulls Paul but imagine they are interesting to do. Yours look really good. Mine is a little watercolour and ink sketch of a busy patch in the garden (of my imagination)
Lovely flowers Katy! A Pencil sketch from me at long last
Good one Gillian, I don’t seem able to pick up a pencil at the moment. Must try harder😊 sounds like my school report🤣
Still on the subject of skulls ,here is my hedgerow one.  A3  cartridge ,smooth. 8B pencil.
Nice flowers Katy, pleased you managed to get some sketching done Gillian , great skull Sylvia. A soluble pencil sketch of a RAF launch I loved sailing on these when I had the chance . Bit rough when it was out of Invergorden, great in the Mediterranean.

Great launch Paul!
I'm new to the forum and it's nice to see people sketching l keep a sketch journal and do a sketch a day usually when out and about but lockdown has forced me to look elsewhere ie Pinterest,  tv and magazines.  This is last nights sketch.
Welcome, Bari - a sketch journal is something I've been meaning to keep/make for a long while, but never have.  Inspired by yours, and despite the fact that I'm not going very far away from home either, I shall take the plunge.
Lovely sketches everyone. Welcome Bari. I'm practicing a bit of shadowing this week. Taken from a free photo.
Very nice Denise, thanks for the welcome glad to hear your motivated Robert.  On the down side you get through a lot of journal's,  one lasts me 2/3 month's so I make my own,  this is just a few of the 57 I have filled to-date.
Thanks Bari. My second sketch today.
