Don’t know how to delete the upside down one!
More experimental watercolour! A trio of people coming towards me but kept it loose and vague.
Sorry, nothing from me yesterday. Had a none day! It is hideously hot here in Andalucia at the moment and I couldn’t summon up the energy to do anything in the 40 degree heat! Still hot today, however will get experimenting later. Dixie your drawing is great even if you have got fingers in splints I am seriously impressed. Love the looseness of your figures Tessa they have ‘life’ if you know what I mean! Katy I particularly like your grapes.
Another old man snoozing
Your getting really good at sketching figures Gillian.
Nothing today. That’s a great drawing Gillian, I’m not surprised that all the old men are snoozing if it’s that hot.
Not a lot from me today, the wet weather is playing hell with my arthritic hands, particularly the two broken fingers. Did make myself do a bit more on my WIP , and this pencil drawing of a war time truck, kept out simple.
It’s great to see you are still getting on with your art Dixie despite your injury! Like these vintage trucks and engines. I must admit I have never had a go at vehicles, maybe it’s a man thing to enjoy them !  Sorry you feminists out there!
No it not a man thing Gillian ( glad I didn’t  it was I would have been put down)., give it a go boats and trucks, along with tractors are great fun to draw as there are so many different angles etc.
I have a photo I took in Orkney Years ago of an abandoned rusty old tractor and boat on a shore. The idea at the time was to try painting it which I never did! Maybe I should hunt it out and have a go!

Love your sketch of Honey in her basket, Gillian.  Well Dixie, you’ve thrown the gauntlet down for us girls to tackle a tractor or a boat. I have a boat so I will tackle that sometime. My offering is a bit of a cheat, I found this half finished in a very old sketch book and decided to finish it in memory of a pot and plant, long gone but still remembered!
