Call for entries to our TALP Open 2025 are now open with a new look, new way to enter, new timings and more! Find out more and enter now at ArtOpps https://artopps.co.uk/opportunities/talp25
I am unable to log in to ArtOpps to complete my TALP25 entry.   I completed the first 6 parts of the entry form on their website (including payment for 2 submissions) a couple of days ago, intending to go back in and upload my 2 pieces today/over the weekend.   You have taken my £25 card payment - so I know that my entry exists. However, when I tried to log back in to Artopps, I couldn't remember my password.  Having requested password reset and also having tried Magic Login, I have not received the promised emails that will allow me to do either.  And yes - I have checked my Spam and Junk folders. I know their system is recognising my e-mail address, because when I filled in their online "report a problem" page, I got an automated acknowledgement back.    As a last resort I tried calling Parker Harris using the phone number on the Artopps website, and I just got a recorded message advising that no-one was available to pick up the phone.   I am now at screaming point, and if I can't get back in to Artopps to finish my submission before the deadline on Monday I will be asking for a refund.
Right, several of us have had problems, this is what I did… Email Parker Harris, the address is on the page, but I’ll find it shortly and add it to this message. I emailed them five times in total, and I got a reply each time in under half an hour. Don’t panic… we can sort it, and they are very helpful and can access your account directly and sort out your issues. I can’t locate it on the firm, so this is what I’ve found on Google… www.parkerharris .co.uk This is the address on the form, try this first… I’m sure it’s the one I used… [email protected] You’ve got all day Monday I believe, so plenty of time… let me know how you get on! I’ll speak with the editor as a last resort!

I’d used Artpops for another exhibition but it didn’t recognise my password. I tried to reset my password and had trouble. I called but it was only a voice message, so I emailed them and tried the “ magic link” all to no avail. Then I found I had 3 emails each with different passwords to login with! I chose the latest one and hey presto I got in. Once in I entered everything and saved it- I didn’t want to have to try again! Not as easy as last year.
Thank you Alan - and Christine.  I'm glad to know it's not just me!   I still haven't heard anything back from Artopps though. I'll have a look at parkerharris.co.uk and try a direct email to them.
Try the info@  address, that’s what I used, but it will be Monday now before they’re back. Keep trying and you might sort it…

I got an email back from the info@ address with a user-ID and password re-set.  This allowed me to go back in and add my 2 entries along with the little preamble about yourself they ask for - so fingers crossed I'm sorted out.   Both entries are "complete" and my preamble questions are "answered", although they still seem to want some sort of overall completion confirmation, which I can't find!  I've asked the team at Parker Harris to have a quick look when they're back in on Monday and confirm they have everything they need.
Well done, they are helpful, and they need to be because the entry form has issues! Just to say that you don’t actually press a send button! They access your submission from their end… but you should be seeing the message’ ‘completed’ on each of your submissions.
I'm late to the party on this one, but I had exactly the same problem as you Bobbie - I  didn't change my password immediately and left it a couple of days, after which the site would not accept the password I had been provided with. I also didn't receive any password recovery emails and the 'Magic Link' didn't work.  I did email them, and they were very helpful in setting me up a link to access my account.  They sounded surprised that I'd had problems which made me smile given all that I've read on here. I'm just glad I did leave it until the last minute, which is my usual method!  So, thanks to everyone for flagging up the difficulties they've had - it's been really useful.
Managed to submit my entries despite BT's current email outage. Hopefully I can get back in to titivate before Monday's deadline.
I’ve just had an email to say that deadline has been extended by one week to 24th February
TALP - what a palaver!!! One submission and then disappeared. Can't login as too many failed attempts blah blah. Magic link? Magic?? Hardly.
