I am confused also. I can see 3 categories each having 3 sub categories.  Do I have 3 votes, 9 votes, or just the one? They're all very good by the way. edit: managed it by keeping 2 tabs open. Would have been nice to see description of size and material.

You have one vote in each category. I have just voted using my phone. It was fairly straightforward. I didn't have any problems.
Think my problem was that I didn't click on the vote button until I'd been through all of them. It's only when you click on it, do you get the rules.

It is unfair, and unethical! I’d be interested in knowing who it is that you refer to Andrew. Under this new regime, it’s unlikely (in my opinion) that they will take matters further, there isn’t the same policing or commitment. The email for all correspondence is: [email protected] You could also inform the editor: [email protected] Keep me informed please!

Andrew  following recipe of your email I have forwarded you message to the editors and asked them to explain . I’ve asked them to keep me in the loop when they respond , but in don’t know when or if they will respond , I’m awaiting and answer to an email I sent three weeks ago.

This post has been removed as it violates our forum rules and guidelines.

This is very concerning, and undermines the whole concept of having the different categories. It’s clearly laid out in the instructions, what constitutes a professional artist. I’m taking this to be a serious violation or breach of the rules. As an aside, I’m an amateur artist, but was advised some years ago not to enter as an amateur. This is after I’d received a couple of awards in the LP category. When I questioned this, I was told that it was primarily because I was a feature writer for The Artist magazine. I accepted this, although I’m an amateur and did in fact subsequently enter the professional category.

No, I understand your reasoning Andrew, a website alone doesn’t automatically mean you’re a professional! The other named person is a different matter, I’m not letting this drop, I want and will demand answers. One assumes that individual artists aren’t vetted as to their status, so I don’t think at this stage, that any onus could be placed on the organisers - but rely on each of us being honest…
I must say very underhanded. On another matter, waiting three weeks for a reply Paul, very unprofessional.
I am surprised by this, I have had quite a few dealings with Warners over the past weeks, and they’ve always come back to me in good time.
