Lack of painting .....lack of colour.... lack of well I am sure you know the symptoms well..enough to drive you grrr. well more than cross.Life is returning to normal..whatever that is after my labrador had her nine pups,and they were all having a ball in the kitchen and utility area.Now I am left with two wonderful dogs..mum and her one pup..I had always intended to keep one..Peace at last...then there was the garden planting....done...!Lots of great cottage garden plants...lavender,foxgloves..etc hope they all grow so that I can paint them.Today theres a howling gale outside,and lots of soft..well not so soft..refreshing rain....So I am sorting out the house..and the dust in my workroom....I wish I was one of those painters who could get on with it while other duties stack up....but the truth is I cant.Its almost a reward to be able to get out the paint brushes after doing the chores...! How do you balance work / domestic duties / and art..? Some one must have discovered the secret somewhere....!
