Sandpaper isn't just for smoothing your charcoal and graphite pencils. I found it is great for doing carpet and tarmac effects. How to do it. 1. Place the sandpaper underneath the paper. 2. Take a 3b pencil or your prefered medium. 3. Gently rub over the sandpaper until it's texture has been printed on the paper.
