Winter in the Outer Hebrides is very rough with plenty of wind whistling down the chimney and sleet, rain and hail, but no snow as yet. After the season our gallery ended in September with very few visits from tourists over Christmas, but we battened down indoors for a long Winter ahead. Both myself and my partner started painting, I have been doing 1-2 a week since October, painted 20 todate end of January. We bought an exercise bike to make sure we got enough exercise and kept fit, we decided we would have a good holiday at the end of next Summer, well deserved. I have a commission to draw a collie dog, to start the new year off. Planning now, ready to open my gallery in the Summer.
