It's not quite turned out Brian but it will give you an idea of what I'm on about. I've split it into 3 sections, the tower (lightest), the middle and the foreground, all getting progressively darker in tone. The photo hasn't shown it as well as I had hoped but you get the idea. The buildings on the left side of the street are in sunshine, so keep it very light. The contrasts between light and shade create impact and therefore will add interest. Good luck!
