I went to see the Kaiser Chiefs last night. Superb set. Ricky Wilson played the crown like a violin - a true showman. Whipped up the audience to a frenzy. So why was I looking at the scene like it was a potential painting? Noting all the colourful half shapes and patterns. Am I getting obsessive? Or just looking at things in a different way? I used to see, now I notice. I hope I'm not alone in that.
