I am a 38 year old mother of five school aged children. The significance of that is that I am only just getting into life outside the house after spending 14 years as a fulltime housewife and mother. Of course I still am a fulltime housewife and mother! But I am hoping to expand on my new found love of drawing. I picked up a pencil almost exactly 2 years ago and have enjoyed the freedom I get from the touch of graphite on paper. I am hoping to go back to school myself next year to study a foundation art course at a college in my local area.
