I thought I had already posted this one, but can't find it... A completely different feel. I was struck by the BBC commemoration pictures of all the participants in these WW2 air-raids. I just picked one portrait to try and recreate. I thought this picture was unfinished, and had intended to add more definition to the face. But then, I thought again, and decided that the anonymity of these guys was perhaps a better tribute.
