As part of our virtual Patchings Festival this summer, we invited young artists, aged 12 and under, to paint mermaids and other fantasy sea creatures for the chance to win some fabulous art prizes from Ken Bromley.

We are pleased to announce that Monia, aged six, has been chosen as the overall winner for her beautiful Sparkly Seahorse, below.

Monia wins art materials vouchers worth £50 from Ken Bromley, which we are sure she will put to very good use.

The three runners-up below, also win a set of art prizes. 

The Mermaids are Playing in the Moon Refractions by Flossie, aged five.

Under the Sea by Imogen, aged nine.

Daisy Drew a Sea Creature by Daisy, aged four.
