Marjorie Firth has been announced as the winner of the September calendar challenge.

This year our 2020 calendar, produced in partnership with Art Safari, includes a monthly painting or drawing challenge with the chance to win £40 of art material vouchers from Winsor & Newton every month.

For September we invited artists to paint shadows for the chance to win art material vouchers worth £40 from Winsor & Newton.

With over 40 fabulous entries we chose this wonderful oil painting Afternoon Sun by Marjorie Firth as the winning entry.
