Lovely painting, Alan. I also use Bockingford paper. Why do you find Fabriano better?

Many thanks for your comments. Fiona the splash of blue was a happy accident. Cesare I found the Fabriano allowed crisper lines with my drawing (matchstick on Stadler clutch pencil and black acrylic ink). Milford paper also is useful tho' much whiter than the Fabriano. Have published another Pen and wash on Bockingford (Lookout at Brancaster Staithe) which shows the coarser lines.
