In this A3 sized watercolour I imagine my good friend Louis the dog from whom I have been separated this year is transported to Ross to enjoy a walk to the bridge under a typically wildly cloudy Tasmanian sky as a wedgetail eagle circles above.

I'm an 83 year old retired surgeon . Art has been my lifelong obsession away from work and now my main focus in life together with woodwork. I enjoy creating and making in any medium but have always gravitated to drawing and watercolour. I've also had limited training in etching and sculpture.
