Thank you each for such nice comments- I feel (for me) it’s important to share the not so successful paintings as well as the more successful ones- as these are the ones I learn most from. ( I think it’s more desperation Fiona😂 I just keep slapping the paint on due to the nerves….)

Another really challenging painting. Attempted to capture the early morning light on the houses going into Bury St Edmunds. Again, trying to challenge myself to overcome fear of painting in public - and tackling a subject I find really difficult. It’s not the best result as colours etc are a bit out, and composition could be better, but tried to keep it simple. And I learnt so much - so it was worth the effort. Again there is much that can be improved upon.
