What a stunning painting. I like the diagonal of light on the left to break up the horizontals. I could sit for a while just looking at the toned-down "grey colors" in the sky.

Loved the way the afternoon light lit up the clouds- I find clouds very difficult and so hope to do lots of studies of these - be nice to use thicker paint/ bigger more confident painterly brushstrokes etc-
