From a photograph taken on a recent walk in the Yorkshire Wolds at Thixendale. The home of the celebrated wildlife artist Robert Fuller and an area that inspired & influenced the work of David Hockney. Whereas Robert is inspired by wildlife & David by trees & the lie of the land my interest seems to lie in rotting planks of wood?
