I like this Jim. And the title brought back a few memories. When I met my wife back in the early 60's, her brothers and two others had a band that played in pubs etc. (Piano, saxaphone, base, and drums) Their signature tune was 'Caravan.' Not the Mike Batt tune. (The band went to their gigs on the BUS (??)...luckily most pubs had a piano back then, but I pitied the drummer.)

You've created some great movement in these musicians Jim, well done, like it.

Lew, I remember the big band/jazz versions of Caravan (the other one) by Duke Ellington etc.(He did a version with Ella Fitzgerld) The double bass guy also wasn't to be envied lugging that lump around. Everybody wore shiny well-worn tuxedos and dickie bows back then. Long time ago.....

This is fun, Jim - a lovely lively image :)

It reminds me of the opening sequence to "Jeeves and Worcester" nice style and swing to it.
