Thank you all for your encouraging comments which are much appreciated. I have only just started painting in acrylic and do find some aspects of this medium quite difficult. The beach was a pebbled beach and I almost opted out of painting the pebbles and paint sand instead as I really do not have much patience as would seem. Glad I persevered with the pebbles in the end. Thanks again to you all.
