My wife and I came across this subject when we were driving back to Dinard to fly home to Guernsey. My sketch-book, which is always to hand enabled me to get enough info to paint in watercolour on Arches 300lb Rough when we arrived home. What a natural lead-in to a painting - was I lucky to find this!!!

Lovely scene Tony, as you say the composition is perfect and so is the application.

Reminds me of North Bay in Anglesey from our April holiday staying in a cottage overlooking the beach. I love this painting. You capture a mood so perfectly.
