Smashing and I really like the darks in the background and your use of colour (and tools!)

So-so,so works brilliantly.

What a lovely riot of colour! I was drawn to it as soon as I saw it in the gallery.

What I like most about this is the contrast, although the colours are lovely.

As summer reluctantly recedes, the sun illuminates bright against a backdrop of trees still in full leaf, the last vestiges of what was a scant few weeks ago, a glorious a grass and flower meadow . In mainly acrylic on unstretched canvas. Much use of palette knife, vaious implements seconded from the kitchen for use in the studio
