The title refers to the gap in the hedge. on one of my favoured walking routes, though I've come a cropper here on a few occasions, when trying to avoid the worst of the mud. (sans wellies) I havent been there for a week or two, I'd guess the view now is rather similar to that depicted. Acrylic on heavyweight watercolour paper.
