Beautiful painting ,wrens are one of my favorite birds. You have kept it simple and managed to keep the personality of the little wren . Love the colours you have used well done.

14.5 x 19.5 cm painted from photo taken from Paint my Photo web site. Photo taken by R Lovelock. Been immersed in yellows for the Jean Haines cometition so changed to blues - WN indigo, Holbein Cobalt Blue and Schminke Helio Turquoise with a little WN Perylene Maroon.
