Thanks to all of you for your constuctive comments. Catherine I have been doing watercolours for more years than I ought to admit to! I follow the guidance of a few favourite artists like Charles Reid and Shirley Trevena, watching their DVD's and more recently going to Jean Haines' workshops. Most importantly I paint a lot, only small things but just love watching what pigments do - watching paint dry!
