I like it. The scale works for me because it's in the foreground and the wings are widespread.

A revisited complicated picture which neede some added interest, I spent quite some time trying to get the glazes on the kingfisher right, Never painted a bird before, only ever made quick drawings from life. I'm now thinking this may be disproportionately large! Comments please!!
