This is a demonstration from my workshop yesterday, from a painting by my hero, Edward Seago. He is probably the one artist who has had the most influence on my own painting practice. My students fell in love with his work as I talked about him, and we decided to have a go at this lovely scene, so very different from our scenes in Gozo! Their results were spectacular, they were delighted!
