Thank you for such lovely comments, Margaret I was scared stiff to start with, then just 'went for it', like in the life class. I tried to get their attitude and stance, nothing more. These are studies of the singers at the masterclass I have been honoured to attend with the famous soprano, Miriam Guachi, over the past three days. The concert is tonight when I will present each participant with their watercolour. Each was painted very fast, and it was impossible to see features, only gestures as all were contre jour. It was scary, painting at such speed, with a constantly moving target, but I very much enjoyed it, and the singing was superb.
