Boats, trailers, Sea Horses

Very well captured all the same Thalia, a complicated subject well observed and painted.

Perhaps it's a good idea to explain about the horses. A huge pastime here is racing trotters in sulkies, often on the tarmac roads during exercise. This obviously is not good for the horses' legs and feet, the owners bring them to harbours and slipways to cool the legs and feet and strengthen them.

Thank you Alan and Jim, I was keen to get the yellowish slimy seaweed in but it almost took over the colour scheme! Very hot now down in the harbour...probably my last plein air down there till next winter.
