I really like this Thalia and your colour scheme which is different to usual, but maybe that’s just time of year? The use of darker darks in your trees works very well and the figures emphasise perspective and add further life to the painting. Good one!

The pale peachy orange palette against the various blues works really well Thalia, gives a great sense of warmth too.

Painted over an unwanted painting, I used the dark areas to create the trees and parts of the buildings. Am I allowed to have such fun, cutting in with a knife to create new shapes, then dragging veils of glazing into the foliage!! I added the two people chatting, and a dog to add human interest.
