I've tried to be ruthless, Thalia. I'll just have to ruthlessly say that I like it. It's bright and fresh, and the people in it look like they're having a fine day. I could do with some of that myself.

Awww... thank you both! Yes I live in doubt! I added the boats as an afterthought. Originally the two peeps on the left were in a kind of uniform, and the other two weere all in the ever popular colour for older Maltese...black!I shamelessly altered them at home and added our dog!

I was in a bad place both mentally and physically when I started this oil plein air. I got home and was even more cross with myself! I put it away and forgot about it for two weeks. Then I worked on it some more...it's better than it was ...comments gratefully received...be ruthless please!
